After designing the Mini maxx brace, I was hoping it would cross over to the Mini XRT but it did not due to the low slung body and shock towers, so we went back to the drawing board. I wanted strength, functionality, and a good, premium looking product.
the result is a brace that is still extremely strong and durable, however this brace also comes with a 30mm fan mount That uses an existing hole on the chassis below the brace, as well as a new battery brace which allows you to mount a waterproof Traxxas receiver box (TRA8224) to it for a waterproof solution, or a stock receiver box as well, which pivots out of the way just as it does from the factory.
There are slots running up top where I mounted a fan to cool the esc as well as a place to secure the esc plug and mount wires to.
